Experience
Lee Skidmore has been practicing law and serving clients since May, 1985. He has been a licensed title agent since 1984 and is general counsel of Transfer Title Agency, Inc. and a corporate officer of Transfer Exchange. He has represented numerous clients in a variety of areas of law including civil and criminal jury trials. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator. He has represented numerous individuals and businesses in residential and commercial real estate, probate and estate planning, family matters, insurance and injury claims, civil and criminal proceedings. He has handled cases in the Court of Common Pleas, including Probate, Juvenile, and Domestic Relations divisions, Municipal Courts, Appellate Court, and the Federal District Court for Northern District of Ohio.
He represents clients in the following areas: business contracts and start-up, injury claims, divorce, dissolutions, legal separation, real estate contracts and disputes, purchase agreements, easements, condominium and homeowner association representation, collections, foreclosure, construction law, mechanic’s liens, landlord/tenant relationship, traffic and criminal charges, eminent domain, estate planning with wills, living trusts, deeds, notes and mortgages, and estate administration.

Personal
In his free time, Lee Skidmore can be found spending time with his grandchildren and volunteering at his church, Now Church of the Nazarene, Wadsworth Campus. He enjoys being outside, playing tennis, softball, basketball, golf, boating, skiing, motorcycle riding, dirt bike riding and traveling with his wife, Brenda Skidmore.
Membership and Community Involvement
Lee Skidmore is a member and a present officer of the Medina County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Bar Association and Medina County Estate Planning Counsel. He serves on the Advisory Board for the North Central Ohio District Church of the Nazarene and serves on the church board at Now Church of the Nazarene. He has previously served on the board of trustees for Mount Vernon Nazarene University for 20 years. He has previously served as a board member for Proyecto Luz and Project Learn. He is a member of the Medina County Land Title Association, Medina County Board of Realtors, Medina County Chamber of Commerce, Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce, Medina County Home Builders Association and Ohio Land Title Association.
